OUR 22ndMEU MAR (minimum age requirement)
ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST BE A MINIMUM AGE OF 17 YEARS OLD. Some exceptions are waved per your maturity level. ALL NEW RECRUITS 's ARE ON a 2 WEEK OBSERVATION PERIOD. AFTER THE 2 WEEK OBSERVATION, AN AUTO RANKUP IS IS EFFECT TO RANK OF Pvt if you are approved by members attending our weekly open meeting (Sat@6pC). THEN..After a month, a Pvt can rank up to PFC IF you bring in 1 recruit that passes MCT-I, and attends at least 1 drill a week during their 1st month of duty.

Definition of an issue: a final outcome that usually constitutes a solution (as of a problem) or resolution (as of a difficulty).
All members in the 22ndMEU BF2 clan know that we NO longer tolerate ANY "issues". Whether the issue is 1 member or between 2 or more members
that can't get along, the members are to leave the Vent channel and enter another channel to resolve the issue at hand, or just leave Vent or just keep their mouths shut. Our #1 goal in the clan is to have fun together, and work as a team in drills or in-game. We are not here to call each other names, make accusations at other members, or to reek havoc amongst ourselves, that in turn would be an "ISSUE". Any issue brought forth in our weekly meeting will immediately be subject to a member(s) instant discharge from the 22ndMEU. It's simple, DON'T BE AN ISSUE OR YOU ARE GONE! If your having a bad day, don't come in here to take out your frustrations, just don't come in! DO NOT BE AN ISSUE!

The 22ndMEU clan does NOT approve of any member hacking, stat padding or gliching of any kind what-so-ever. Imediate ban and a dishonorable discharge of those who are caught (with proof) of doing so.

22ndMEU Forum Rules:*
1) Keep it respectful: This clan isn’t here to make enemies, especially amongst ourselves. 99% of the time, swearing and such is uncalled for, It just shows that you couldn’t express yourself in a more polite way and have to resort to such a low vocabulary in our forums.
2) If the topic doesn’t involve you or ask for other’s opinions, DON’T POST: Having to post on every topic is stupid. Let’s keep these forums to the point. Plus, having 30 posts a day isn’t going to increase your penis size or make you cooler. It shows you are not outside in the sun and/or getting laid.

4) Do Not post hate topics against other members: If you have a problem with someone, take it to a Senior NCO, who will then pass it up the chain of command if need be. 5) All subject matter posted on our forums is property of the 22ndMEU clan. Any unauthorized deletion or changing of any subject matter will constitute a demotion and/or dismissal (dishonorable discharge).

22ndMEU VENTRILO CONDUCT: **
1. All members should verbally respect other members while in Ventrilo.
2. We will not tolerate any "targeted" verbal abuse towards any individual, this also includes antagonizing someone soley based upon thier nationality, race, creed, gender, or religion.
3. If there is a single party member disturbance, ask the member to please leave, if 2 or more parties are involved, ask them to take thier discussion to another Vent subchannel.
4. If the parties involved do not leave OR take it to a subchannel!
You are authorized to record the disturbance. We do not want recruits or visitors, hearing such disputes in the top channel (default channel.)
5. All members can record and save the disturbance and report it to your NCO. You will need to send the recording to your NCO in an email. he in turn, will forward the file onto Col. Duff.
6. ALL disturbances will be investigated in our weekly Officers/NCO's (board) meeting and we will contact the involved parties at hand in Vent or by PM of our decision to be carried out.
7. All members can access our BOMB SHELTER channel for privacy.

DC'g - Double Clanning:
Double clanning in BF2/3 is NOT accepted in the 22ndMEU BF based clan. [PR]-Project Reality is a BF2 mod, and BF/BC2 is considered to us as a BF based game. If one of our members is in a COD4, or ArmA clan, it will NOT be considered BF2 double clanning issue.

PUBLIC SERVER:
As stated to ALL recruits in MCT-I: Respect our clan members, and all members of opposing clans. Once your one of us, you represent all of us in the 22ndMEU clan on ALL servers!* What this means: If there is any disrespectful behavior from any member wearing the [22ndMEU] clan tag on any public server, there are consequences that will constitute disciplinary measures thrust upon you depending on the severity and evidence brought forth from witnesses and including screen shots of acts such as vulgar language typed, TK'g spree, antagonizing, stat padding, bunny hopping, tea bagging, or hacking. After reviewing the evidence, officers and NCO's will enforce punishment as needed. This can include a demotion, drill and scrim ban for a period of time, recruiting duty, clan participation ban or even a discharge from the 22ndMEU. So remember, you are representing the 22ndMEU as a whole! "Off-to-the-side" stat padding will NO LONGER be allowed. DI IN CHARGE OF MCT:**
Any MCT procedure is considered to be a 22ndMEU drill. When a drill instructor -DI-(with an officer observing) or a -=DI=-(qualified drill instructor) is instructing a MCT-1 procedure to a new recruit, the instructor is in complete charge of this 22ndMEU drill! Volunteers must follow his orders, even if he out ranks you! All volunteer's are there ONLY to assist the DI. If a DI has any drill disturbances from any volunteer, the DI is to report it to a senior officer, with a witness. Any disturbance, disrespect, or disregarding an order in any 22ndMEU drill, are subject to ANY of the following: a demotion in rank, loss of clan scrim play, pull recruit duty until 3 new recruits are received, or a dishonorable discharge, depending on the severity. All officers will decide as to the actions necessary to correct the problem at hand. The accused has the right to defend himself, with a witness, during the officers meeting when he is called upon to do so. The officers decision will be final for the best of the clan. 080206

REINSTATEMENT:
If you have discharged yourself (left us on your own) from the 22ndMEU, you can only be reinstated back into the 22ndMEU once, and only ONCE, PERIOD, as of this date, 102006. We do understand people make mistakes, and should learn from it. But, if you leave (discharge yourself from the 22ndMEU) for the 2nd time, you will NOT be allowed to be reinstated a third time. 2 voluntary discharges will be subject for a FINAL removal from the 22ndMEU. We understand we all have "real lives", and at times things get hectic, SO, instead of just "leaving us", JUST put in a 1, 2, or 3 month [[INACTIVE]] and take a break from us, go reserves [RSV] status (if your active duty), and get your personal things back in order, and we'll see you when you come back! It's that easy!* An honorable discharge is totally different, and will NOT be considered a factor in this case.
